Thank you for choosing ATL Airport Transfers. Please review these Terms of Service carefully. They explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and service rules work. By using our services, you agree to all terms listed on this page.
General Terms
Bookings and Availability
Our transportation services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred pickup time and vehicle.
Payment Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the scheduled service date.
- We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Alternative payment options such as Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or cash may be accepted.
- Credit card payments may include processing fees.
Hourly Service and Overtime Charges
- A minimum of 4 hours is required for hourly bookings, including sedans, SUVs, limousines, and sprinter vans.
- Certain peak times or specialty vehicles may require longer minimum bookings.
- Billing is calculated in full-hour increments after the minimum time.
- Late-night services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a surcharge of $25 to $50.
Holiday and Long-Distance Travel
Trips that exceed a 45-mile radius from our base location may incur additional mileage and travel time charges. Holiday travel may also include special rates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Airport Transfers
- Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- Domestic and international airport transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Hourly Rentals and Special Events
- Cancellations within 30 business days will result in loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 15 business days will be charged the full service amount.
- Proms, concerts, stadium events, museum visits, and golf tournament services are non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by ATL Airport Transfers. Changes requested directly through the driver will not be accepted.
Cleaning and Damage Fees
- Eating and smoking are not permitted inside our vehicles.
- Smoking inside a vehicle will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
- A $500 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires cleaning due to illness.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.
Waiting Time and Additional Stops
Airport Pickup Waiting Time
- 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
- 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.
Extra Stops
Each additional stop within a reasonable distance is charged at $25.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS communications from ATL Airport Transfers, you agree to receive text messages related to scheduling, reminders, updates, and billing. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Safety and Passenger Conduct
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
- Unsafe behavior such as standing through sunroofs is not allowed.
- Any form of misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Liability
- ATL Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
- If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
- We are not responsible for lost items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to recover them.
Final Agreement
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of trip completion. Thank you for choosing ATL Airport Transfers. We look forward to serving you.
